Bisquik (or other brand of biscuit/baking mix)
Can of cream-style corn (8.5 oz)
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Melt 1/4 cup of butter
- Combine 2 2/3 cups of biscuit mix and a can of cream-style corn in a bowl. Stir until a soft dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 3 minutes. Options: A) Roll into a rectangle. Cut into 3×1″ strips. B) Roll into small balls.
- Dip strips or balls into butter.
- Place on an ungreased baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
