1 lb of Monterey Jack cheese Butter Green onions Poppy seeds
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Slice 1 lb worth of Monterey Jack cheese.
- Melt 1/2 cup of butter.
- Chop 1/2 cup of green onions.
- Cut the bread lengthwise and crosswise without cutting through the bottom crust. Insert cheese between cuts. Combine butter, onions, and 1 Tbsp of poppy seeds. Drizzle over the bread.
- Wrap in foil. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Uncover. Bake 10 minutes longer.
