Strawberry jam
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Melt 1/4 cup of butter.
- Separate biscuits
- Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip top and sides of biscuits in butter and then cinnamon-sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheet. With the end of a wooden spoon handle, make a deep and wide indentation in the centre of each biscuit and fill with 1 tsp of strawberry jam.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before serving. Jam will be very hot!
